Cancellation: Cancellations 10 days prior to arrival\, will receive a full refund (note: $25 processing fee will apply). Cancellations that occur within 10 days of arrival, full reservation charges will apply.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking property and do not permit smoking inside the rooms or on the balconies of our facilities. We respectfully request that if you choose to smoke, you do so away from the property and near the gazebo area. Thank you!
Assistance (after hours): The office at the Main Inn is generally staffed until 9:00 p.m. If you have immediate needs and are needing to speak with a team member after hours, please contact our General Manager, Julia, at 860-373-8392. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
Fire Alarm: In the event that the fire alarm is triggered, please proceed to the nearest exit and out to the main parking lot, unless otherwise told. Until the issue has been identified, we ask that you evacuate the property.
Pets: While we love our furry friends…pets are not permitted on property. Service animals only.
