Harbor Hill Marina, Inc., a family run marina on the Niantic River
in Niantic CT, offers an ideal location for sport fishermen,
pleasure boaters and water sports enthusiasts alike.
Sheltered on the Niantic River, Harbor Hill Marina, is an excellent
choice for boaters who enjoy the protected waters of the Niantic
River for docking as well as direct and immediate access to Long
Island Sound. Our marina offers deep-water dockage, floating docks,
water, electric, and cable TV. Picnic tables and gas grills are
located on the patio surrounded by flower gardens. The bath house has
been recently renovated and offers large and clean facilities. Our
marina can accommodate boats, power or sail, up to 40+ feet.
Transient slips are also available for short stays. Sandy beaches
are only a short distance by car or boat. Niantic Village is a
leisurely walk to shops, laundromat, restaurants, movie theater,
supermarket and new Boardwalk overlooking Niantic Bay. Fishing and
bait supplies can be purchased nearby. Harbor Hill Marina is open
from April 1 to November 1 during which our Dockmaster, Tom Dunphy,

As an added amenity, The Inn at Harbor Hill Marina Bed and
Breakfast, located on the property, is open year-round and is
available to accommodate your overnight guests. Set on a hill
overlooking the Marina and the Niantic River, the Inn boasts
nine air-conditioned guestrooms, some with balcony and
fireplace, all with water views, private bath, and cable TV.
Classic breakfast buffet can be enjoyed on the wraparound porch
overlooking the marina during the warmer months or in the cooler
months in the Bayview dining room by the fire. Those staying at the Inn
are welcome to use the Marina's kayaks for a scenic ride down
the Niantic River or to use our guest passes to our local
