July 6 - 8, 2012	OPSAIL	VERY SPECIAL EVENT - Tall Ships from around the world are expected to stage in Niantic Bay on Friday and begin the parade of sail from Niantic to New London Saturday morning where the official festival, activities and ceremonies will take place.
